1. One-Time Payment & Final Sale
JEE Readiness provides digital educational services through a one-time payment model.
All payments made on the platform are final and non-refundable.
Once payment is successfully completed and access is granted, no refunds, cancellations, or reversals will be provided.
2. No Refund for Usage or Outcomes
Refunds will not be issued for:
Change of mind after purchase
Partial or full usage of the platform
Dissatisfaction with insights, predictions, or analytics
Failure to achieve any expected percentile, rank, or academic result
Inability to use the service due to personal, technical, or external reasons
All insights are indicative and informational only.
3. Technical Exception (Very Limited)
Refunds may be considered only if:
Payment is deducted but access is not provided due to a verified technical error
Duplicate payment occurs for the same service
Such issues must be reported within 48 hours of the transaction and are evaluated at the sole discretion of JEE Readiness.
4. Payment Processing
Payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways (such as Razorpay).
Transaction fees, gateway charges, and taxes (if applicable) are non-refundable.
5. Chargebacks & Disputes
Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting support may result in:
Immediate suspension of access
Permanent account restriction
We strongly encourage users to contact us for resolution before raising disputes.
6. Policy Updates
JEE Readiness reserves the right to update this Refund Policy at any time.
Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page.
